• Sales and Business Development
  :
  Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the branch’s new customer acquisition, and increase revenue. Lead, coach, and manage the outside sales team.
• Operational Oversight
  :
  Direct daily distribution center operations, customer service, inventory control, and administration.
• Personnel Management
  :
  Mentor, lead, and manage staff, including training, performance evaluations, and development. Monitor schedules and ensure proper workforce planning.
• Customer Relationship Management
  :
  Ensure a high level of customer‑focused satisfaction and build strong relationships within the Kitchen & Bath industry.

• Leadership
  :
  Several years of management or supervisory experience; preferably in distribution of natural stone, building/construction materials, or related fields.
• Business Acumen
  :
  Solid understanding of sales data analysis, strategic sales and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication skills for customers, diverse staff, and upper management.
• Multi‑tasking ability to handle a wide range of distribution center activities, solutions‑based / big picture mentality, accountability, and effective resolution capabilities.
• Systems:
  Microsoft
  365, Salesforce, CRM/ERP, and the ability to adapt to application software.
