As a Project Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction planning through final walkthrough. You'll manage schedules, budgets, client expectations, and ensure each home meets our highest standards of quality and service. This is an in-person role based in Central Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules using Construction Online (COL)
  • Lead the company through AI development for operational improvements
  • Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure milestone progress
  • Communicate project status with clients daily
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, trade partners, and team members
  • Complete daily project updates/logs in Quick Books Time tracker, MS Office, and Construction Online
  • Maintain and document project updates in MS Teams, COL, and shared directories
  • Track budgets, code invoices, and report time/expenses weekly
  • Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Lead weekly team dashboard meetings and daily field team syncs
  • Manage punch-out, Pro Home orientation, and FGBC documentation
  • Support and implement green building initiatives
Qualifications
  • 8 to 10 years of residential construction experience (custom/luxury preferred)
  • 5 or more years of project management or supervisory experience
  • Experience with AI preferred
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Quick Books, Construction Online, Procore, Buildertrend)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communicator with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
  • Full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday)
  • Competitive salary at $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience
