Base pay range

$98.00/hr - $145.00/hr

We are now seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our leadership team and help drive our financial strategy, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support sustainable growth.

Position Overview:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the company. This leadership role will report directly to the CFO (or CEO, if applicable) and work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial reporting and compliance, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead the financial analysis of business performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with all GAAP, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.

Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior financial management role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, , or similar ERP systems).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
