Job Description- Promotes proven recruitment practices and establishes ongoing recruitment activities across all undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Develops and coordinates an annual recruiting master calendar aligned with the University’s master calendar.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Develops and oversee a coordinated strategic enrollment management plan focused on recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
- Employs both traditional and modern tactics to achieve measurable enrollment goals aligned with the University’s mission and strategic priorities.
- Strategic planning and implementation for a program or unit [Preferred]
- Assessment and accountability for outcomes [Preferred]
- Leading a team and personnel supervision [Preferred]
- Interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating transparency [Preferred]
- Master's [Required]
- Master's or EdD degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role, successfully managing university operations in the areas of recruitment, admissions, retention or similar types of divisions [Required]
