• Promotes proven recruitment practices and establishes ongoing recruitment activities across all undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Develops and coordinates an annual recruiting master calendar aligned with the University’s master calendar.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Develops and oversee a coordinated strategic enrollment management plan focused on recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
• Employs both traditional and modern tactics to achieve measurable enrollment goals aligned with the University’s mission and strategic priorities.

• Strategic planning and implementation for a program or unit [Preferred]
• Assessment and accountability for outcomes [Preferred]
• Leading a team and personnel supervision [Preferred]
• Interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating transparency [Preferred]

• Master's [Required]

• Master's or EdD degree from a regionally accredited institution.

• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role, successfully managing university operations in the areas of recruitment, admissions, retention or similar types of divisions [Required]
