This role is ideal for a Manager of Workforce Solutions who enjoys leading teams, owning systems, and driving consistency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all workforce timekeeping cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission

  • Lead, coach, and develop Workforce Solutions Specialists and Supervisors, including staffing, training, and performance management

  • Partner closely with Payroll leadership on workload planning, escalations, acquisitions, and operational initiatives

  • Serve as the internal expert for Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, including time reporting, historical corrections, and regulatory compliance

  • Drive process improvements, documentation, and training standards across workforce and payroll operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of payroll and workforce timekeeping experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment

  • Hands-on expertise with Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, including FLSA compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional payroll experience; CPP certification strongly valued
