Key Responsibilities of the Manager of Workforce Solutions- Lead and oversee all workforce timekeeping cycles, ensuring accurate, timely submission and compliance as the Manager of Workforce Solutions
- Manage, coach, and support Workforce Solutions Specialists and Supervisors, including staffing, training, productivity monitoring, and daily operations as the Manager of Workforce Solutions
- Partner closely with the Payroll Director on workload planning, performance management, escalations, acquisitions, and payroll‑related initiatives as the Manager of Workforce Solutions
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, time reporting policies, historical corrections, case management, and regulatory compliance as the Manager of Workforce Solutions
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements, training programs, and operational standards across the workforce and payroll systems as the Manager of Workforce Solutions
- 5+ years of payroll and timekeeping experience within a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment
- Hands‑on expertise with Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, including compliance with FLSA and related regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll experience; CPP certification strongly valued
