The role you ll contribute

The Manager of Strategic Operations supports divisional leadership by providing project management and operational support across strategic initiatives and campaigns. This role ensures effective workflows, timely execution of deliverables, and alignment of project outcomes with divisional goals.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Operations
, the Manager of Strategic Operations facilitates project teams, collaborates with internal and external leaders, and serves as a point of contact for cross-functional projects. The role oversees development of project tools, content, and presentations while driving consistency, accountability, and measurable outcomes across initiatives.

  • Plan and manage deliverables for projects and divisional initiatives, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met.
  • Serve as a project management expert, guiding internal and external stakeholders through scope, metrics, communications, and approvals.
  • Facilitate meetings, develop agendas and content, and ensure timely production of project deliverables.
  • Partner with divisional leadership to track project status, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide clear, timely communication across teams, helping prioritize and resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
The expertise and experiences you ll need to succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in project management, process management, business operations, consulting, or management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix-management environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project or other project management software
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
