Program Operations Supervisor:
Ensuring Quality and Compliance
Mosaic is looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Direct Support Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our crucial support programs. Your core mission will be to maintain a high-quality, compliant, and well-staffed environment.
This role is perfect for a manager who excels at juggling multiple, critical responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements
.Team Oversight: Managing the complete staff lifecycle, including hiring, comprehensive training, and efficient scheduling
.Individual Coordination: Strategically planning and managing the appointments and activities of the individuals in the program.
Record Integrity: Meticulously maintaining all necessary records and documentation

SCHEDULEGenerally Days, expectation to work one evening till 7pm and rotating weekend on call every 8 weeks

Relevant
Experience:
At least one year of direct experience in a related field, supported by an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study.Clinical Readiness: Current certifications in CPR and medication administration (Med Aide
40), or the willingness to complete them immediately upon hiring.
