Marketing Director

I’m conducting a confidential search for a Media Director on behalf of a well-established organization in the Orlando market. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility and is suited for a senior media leader who excels in strategy, execution, and people leadership.

The Media Director will lead paid media efforts across a diverse portfolio of accounts, overseeing strategy, implementation, and execution across primarily digital channels, with some traditional media exposure. This role will also play a key part in mentoring a junior team and supporting new business initiatives.

• Lead paid media across Paid Search, Paid Social, and select Traditional Media
• Own end-to-end media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization
• Oversee budgets and ensure efficient, performance-driven spend
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a growing media team
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
• Support new business pitches and strategic media presentations
• Stay ahead of evolving media trends and platforms
