Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for our newest office location in Miami, FL, for a Sales and Service Manager. The role involves managing sales activities, optimizing service delivery processes, leading client interactions, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include overseeing service operations, mentoring sales team members, setting sales targets, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Sales and Service Manager will foster continuous improvement and contribute to customer retention strategies.
Qualifications- Experience with Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Proficient in Customer Service, Client Support, and Conflict Resolution
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Ability to Analyze Data for Performance Metrics and Identify Opportunities for Growth
- Proficiency with Technology Platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and strategic team goals
- Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience.
- Minimum 5 years Insurance industry experience.
