Snider Fleet Solutions is one of the nation’s largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers. We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop teams, and drive profitability.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who knows commercial tire operations and wants ownership of results in a stable, growing organization.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a commercial tire or truck service environment
• 2+ years of full P&L responsibility
• Strong operational, financial, and customer service skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage inventory, and drive results
• Excellent use of MS Office and learning operational systems

• Lead day‑to‑day branch operations
• Build and manage a high‑performing team
• Improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Partner with sales to grow the business
