- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Lead regional sales performance by setting clear objectives, guiding divisional leaders, and executing market‑specific strategies aligned with company‑wide goals. Continuously adjust approach to optimize results across diverse markets. - Team Development & Enablement:
Mentor and develop divisional managers and sales teams through coaching, training, and clear communication, fostering high performance, alignment, and accountability across geographically dispersed teams. - Market & Competitive Insight:
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic recommendations on pricing, incentives, and marketing initiatives that drive performance at the divisional level. - Executive Partnership & Performance Management:

- Experience
:
Minimum 5 years as a New Home Sales Vice President, with over 10 years in the new home sales industry, including management of a builder's state or regional operations. - Skills
:
Leadership, sales strategy, operations management, marketing, finance, strategic planning, and data‑driven decision‑making. - Tech Proficiency
:
Advanced computer skills, including Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. - Education / License
: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid real estate license is required within six months of hire. - Availability
:
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed. - Other
:
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance are required. A background check will be conducted.
