Metro Area Sales Manager - Orlando (Stellantis)

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships. The ASM serves as a liaison between dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand, and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the area.

• Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and providing consultation on improvement opportunities, reviewing and analyzing dealer financial statements, and consulting with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations.
• Ensuring that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as maintaining proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships.
• Motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals.

$98,600 to $147,800. Pay will depend on several factors including experience and location of the position.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Resides in or near Orlando, FL, or is willing to relocate for the position.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.

• Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Excel in building positive working relationships.
• Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement.
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
