• Proven track record selling new and preowned vehicles and influencing fixed operations, while maintaining exceptional CSI
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and training skills
• Ability to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Ensure department managers are training and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness
• Communicate Corporate Policies and Procedures to all employees and ensure that they are understood and followed
• Create and maintain a safe environment for all associates while complying with all regulations and procedures

• Follow manufacturer’s and company processes while managing activities of all departments to achieve store profitability goals
• Partner with marketing and other internal departments to develop and implement local marketing strategies, to include web and online presence
• Directly manage all dealership associates

• Five+ years of Automotive retail experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Pass background screening requirement
