Overview
A global real estate services firm is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Property Manager to lead the operations of a multi-asset industrial portfolio in the Orlando market.
This role is designed for a proven industrial property management specialist
—someone who understands the operational, financial, and tenant dynamics of warehouse, distribution, and logistics assets.
- Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + 10 - 20% bonus

Role Overview
You will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day management and financial performance of an institutional-grade industrial portfolio. The role requires a hands-on operator who is comfortable managing multiple assets, industrial tenants, and service partners while maintaining tight control over costs and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Full operational oversight of a portfolio of industrial properties
- Ownership of budgets, forecasts, CAM recoveries, and reconciliations
- Management of industrial service vendors (landscaping, paving, security, roofing, HVAC, etc.)
- Direct responsibility for tenant relations
, lease compliance, and issue resolution - Oversight of capital projects, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Coordination with leasing teams on tenant onboarding and renewals
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Preparation of reporting for ownership and senior leadership
- 5–8+ years of industrial property management experience (warehouse, distribution, logistics)
- Direct experience managing industrial assets is mandatory
- Strong understanding of industrial CAM structures and expense recoveries
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Experience working within an institutional or third-party management platform
- Strong financial acumen and reporting capability
- Detail-oriented, operationally strong, and commercially pragmatic
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
- Confident interfacing with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups
- Orlando market experience is a plus, but not required
- Institutional industrial portfolio with long-term ownership strategy
- High level of autonomy and responsibility
- Platform and support of a global real estate services organization
