Responsibilities- Begin as a Comprehensive Financial Advisor
, gaining firsthand experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development. - Demonstrate consistent performance in sales and client service to qualify for management consideration.
- Recruit, train, and develop new agents, fostering a culture of growth and success.
- Lead by example through experience, accountability, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute office initiatives and meet production goals.
- Continue personal professional development through advanced management training programs.
