Program Manager

• Proficiency in sprints, scrum, and Agile methodologies is essential.

Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations teams, various lines of business teams, marketing teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues promptly.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
