Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time General Managerto join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the market position of Kennedy Space Center as a premier operation for Delaware North in a cost-effective and profitable manner. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $168,700 – $231,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience at a senior level required, preferably in recreation, attractions, lodging, or retail
• Ability to pass NASA security clearance
• Prior experience with federal contracts is highly preferred
• Sound business judgment and determination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
