Position: Property Manager - Mallory Square (Class A, Luxury Property)

Overview

Property Manager - Mallory Square (Class A, Luxury Property) at Pegasus Residential. This role is a leadership position focused on delivering exceptional, referral-worthy customer experiences at a Class A asset.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, communicate, coach, mentor, and train the property management team; model the mission of creating referral-worthy customer experiences consistently.
  • Balance day-to-day property operations with business objectives; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Represent the property to residents, vendors, and owners; ensure high-quality service and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Manage leasing activities, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and financial performance for the property.
  • Proactively oversee safety, risk management, and property upkeep; ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Travel as required to support multiple properties or market needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a residential property manager.
  • Experience managing a Class A asset around 300+ units.
  • Supervisory experience including hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
  • Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws, maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting principles, safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve solid financial results.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Knowledge of One Site and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
