Warehouse Supervisor – HVAC Products

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for our Jacksonville location. Join a team that excels in providing top‑notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Distribution Center Regional Manager. responsibilities include training and supervising associates, reducing operational costs, monitoring compliance with operational policies, and keeping up to date with administrative tasks. Success requires a result‑oriented, organized leader with strong project management skills. This position is eligible for performance‑based bonuses and incentives. $75,000

• Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily receiving operations.
• Supervise and assign tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business needs and customer priority.
• Review warehouse processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations; update any changes and retrain personnel as needed.
• Coordinate product flow, facility layout, security, and maintenance activities.
• Oversee partnership with LTL (less than a load) providers, including cost control, damage claim rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure inbound trucks are efficiently unloaded and all products are properly received and put away in correct locations.
• Manage staff scheduling and attendance based on the needs of the warehouse.
• Manage individual staff performance through ongoing feedback, support, and provision of resources.
• Promote a culture of high performance, customer service, and accountability.
• Communicate effectively via email to internal and external customers.
• Drive cost and labor spend reductions while maintaining best‑in‑class services.

• Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate degree preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience.
