. Your office will be within the region you are assigned to and you'll work on projects within that area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive and implement the Change Management Process, including logging, reviewing, notifying, documenting changes, handling subcontractor changes, and status tracking.
  • Manage cost control: prepare monthly project management reports, monitor cash flow, maintain budgets, and handle owner/subcontractor pay applications.
  • Provide input and supervise all pre‑construction services such as purchase orders, subcontract agreements, schedules, job cost set‑up, and project pre‑planning.
  • Assist in the project estimating / pre‑construction process: scope review, bid‑day participation, and generation of schematic/design development budgets.
  • Monitor and update the project schedule routinely, track the critical path, address potential problems immediately, document delays, and identify the impact of changes on the schedule.
  • Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, procedures for accomplishing the project, required staffing, and allocation of available resources to each phase.
  • Supervise and/or manage employees, subcontractors, and/or suppliers in the area of responsibility by providing direction, monitoring performance, and giving feedback.
  • Be willing to travel when required.
  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, employees) to maintain relationships, ensure needs are met, and resolve problems or conflicts.
  • Communicate and reinforce the company vision, mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university plus 4–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience relevant to the project or market the position will serve.
