The Assistant Manager manages costs, recruiting, training, and ensures policies are followed, including employment and incident documentation. The role is hands-on, focusing on daily operations and development alongside the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. Dependability, self-reliance, guest hospitality, coaching, and teaching skills are essential.
The goal is to ensure every guest is welcomed and entertained by engaging Twin Peaks Girls, enjoying quality food and drinks. Strong organizational, prioritization skills, and a team-oriented attitude are vital.
The duties include coaching staff, managing hiring and firing, cash handling, staff development, recruitment, accountability for standards, handling stress, maintaining standards, handling discrimination or harassment issues, driving sales, training, inventory control, cost management, professional appearance, safety, scheduling, audits, invoice management, security, compliance, certification, and operational standards.
This role reports to the General Manager and supervises the entire restaurant staff. Uniform standards, leadership experience, communication skills, certifications, physical demands, management development, work environment, and success metrics are detailed in the description.
