Position Summary
Dispatcher role at Orlando Health responsible for processing high-volume calls with speed and accuracy using CAD and RMS systems.
Education & Training- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in typing and processing high-volume calls with speed and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS).
- Preferred one (1) year experience in a business office setting with telephone responsibility or PBX/Telephone operator and/or public safety type communications experience on multi-channel radio.
