Accounting & Finance Executive Recruiter in South FLBranch Manager – Orlando, FL (Onsite)
We’re opening a brand-new Orlando location and are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team, and serve as the culture carrier for the branch. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys owning a location, developing people, and driving results in a fast-growing organization.
This position is fully onsite (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and will play a key role in launching and scaling the Orlando branch.
What You’ll Do- Oversee full day-to-day operations of the Orlando branch
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30–50 employees (with 3–5 direct reports)
- Establish strong processes, accountability, and operational standards for a new location
- Foster a positive, tight-knit, people‑first culture aligned with company values
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the branch, representing the organization professionally
- Build strong relationships across teams and with regional leadership
- Manage performance, address challenges proactively, and support employee growth
- Report directly to the Regional Brand Director and partner closely on branch strategy and execution
- 2–5 years of experience managing teams of 30+ employees
- Proven experience running day-to-day operations in a branch, distribution, retail, or similar environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage both up and down effectively
- Hands‑on, accountable leader who leads by example
- Experience helping launch, stabilize, or grow a location is a plus
- Strong cultural awareness and people‑focused leadership style
- Bonus potential: approximately $25,000
