Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support our Retail Construction team. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing large‑scale construction projects.

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Apply best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Manage flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance where required.
• Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in developing excellent working relationships with clients to maximize new opportunities.
• Provide strategic thinking to advise project teams on approaches to achieve both client and business objectives.
• Ensure key information and learnings from each project are captured (knowledge management).
• Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes (process improvement).
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organisational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this full‑time role is $130,000–$165,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only.
