Our client is a leading architectural firm specializing in innovative design and efficient project execution. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team and lead complex projects from inception to completion in Orlando with experience with retail and finance project experience.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit, Construction Drawings, and Presentation skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline constraints
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure project goals are met
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Utilize Revit and other relevant software to create, review, and manage construction drawings and project documentation
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the architecture industry
  • Experience in the financial and retail industry
  • Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to create, modify, and review complex construction drawings
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and industry standards
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in office 4 days a week in Orlando and 1 remote
