Event Crew U.S Canada | MUDGIRL Obstacle Races

Join the team behind MUDGIRL — the 5K obstacle race that’s all about empowerment, grit, and a whole lot of mud. We’re hiring Event Crew to hit the road with us for the rest of our 2025 season!

You’ll help build and tear down race courses, support race day operations, and bring good energy to every city we visit. This is a physical, travel-based role that requires hustle, teamwork, and a sense of adventure.

• Build and dismantle 5K obstacle course structures
• Load and unload event materials and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on site
• Support race day logistics and participant experience
• Adapt quickly to weather and site conditions
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a fast-moving team

• Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Can handle physical labor and long hours with a positive attitude
• Thrive in shared, team-based living arrangements while on the road
• Are available to travel across the U.S. and Canada
• Have a background in events, construction, fitness, or seasonal work (a plus, not required!)

• $150+/day
• Travel, lodging, and meals fully covered
• Paid weekly
