Maintenance Supervisor

The company simplifies facility management by assigning clients a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) who serves as a single point of contact to handle vendor relationships, quality control, and maintenance issues. With an emphasis on understanding each facility’s unique needs, City Wide acts as an extension of the management team, ensuring clients’ buildings remain clean, safe, and well-maintained for employees and customers.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Greater Orlando. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of maintenance activities, ensure equipment functionality, perform preventive maintenance, address repair needs, and troubleshoot maintenance issues. Additionally, this role involves supervising and coordinating team activities, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained in building maintenance services.

• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including managing and coordinating teams effectively
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Strong abilities in Maintenance & Repair and practical troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with building maintenance safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred
• Experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision is a plus
