The Assistant Director of Engineering supports the overall operation and maintenance of the hotel, overseeing both the interior and exterior of the property. This role requires experience with HotSoS and PMS systems, along with strong technical knowledge in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands‑on leader who ensures the property operates safely, efficiently, and in line with brand standards.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
