Part-Time Engineer | PM Shift

Join the Marriott Orlando Downtown team as a Part-Time Engineer working the PM shift. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and operations of the hotel’s engineering systems during the evening hours, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and staff.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Respond promptly to engineering-related guest requests and emergencies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report any issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all engineering tasks.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support operational needs during PM shift hours.

• Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the evening shift.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours in the PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
