. This is an in‑office, project‑based role based out of our Maitland office.

• Assist the logistics team in fulfilling supply requests during high volume periods.
• Schedule and track deliveries to job sites; resolve delays by coordinating with vendors and customers.
• Maintain logistics documentation and update inventory systems.
• Previous experience in Materials and/or Inventory Tracking is desirable.
• Analyze stock charge in/outs on material for validity to the product structure.
• Track needs that come into the logistics inbox to help ensure all operational needs are met.
• Provide general administrative and warehouse support as necessary to the department.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
• Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions.
• This position requires occasional travel across the US.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of logistics or customer service experience.
• Must be available for occasional travel.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be organized and have good time management skills.
• Must be able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to come into our Maitland office every day:
  Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day. Must be available for overtime work (weekends included) during activation periods.
• Must be able to carry boxes weighing at least 25 lbs.
