The Exterior Janitorial Cleaner maintains the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of parking garages and surrounding exterior areas, ensuring that high‑traffic and highly visible spaces remain clean, presentable, and safe for tenants and visitors.

• Sweep and blow debris from parking levels, ramps, stairwells, and walkways.
• Remove trash and debris from all designated areas and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean stairwells, landings, railings, and pedestrian pathways.

• Sweeping and mopping elevator floors.
• Wiping and disinfecting interior surfaces.
• Polishing and shining elevator doors and metal surfaces.
• Dust and wipe down exterior and interior surfaces as needed, including ledges, fixtures, and signage.
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, pipes, and structural elements throughout the garage.
• Spot clean spills, stains, oil drips, and other surface debris as needed.
• Power wash floors, walls, and entry areas according to schedule.
• Empty and replace liners in trash receptacles.
• Monitor areas for safety hazards such as broken glass, obstructions, or leaks and report issues promptly.
• Maintain janitorial closets, storage areas, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in compliance with SDS and site safety guidelines.
• Follow all site‑specific safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Brooms, dustpans, and blowers
• Mops, buckets, and floor‑care tools
• Pressure washer (as applicable)
• Trash carts or golf carts
• Cleaning chemicals and hand tools

• Prior janitorial, exterior cleaning, or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to work in parking garage and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull as required by job duties.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and chemical handling.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.

• Multi‑level parking garages and exterior areas.
• Exposure to weather conditions, vehicle traffic, and noise.
• Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
