Walmart is hiring a Custodian II to support health and wellness operations in our Orlando, FL facility. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week, and includes onsite presence with a call center shift.

• Set up rooms for special events and perform minor maintenance and repair activities.
• Collect and transport recyclables, disassemble and clean drug dispensers, and report facility issues such as roof leaks and power outages to management.
• Ensure clean and sanitary facilities—offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots—according to OSHA, state, and local regulations.
• Empty waste receptacles, dust, sweep, wet mop, strip, and wax floors; vacuum and spot-clean carpets; sanitize bathrooms and showers.
• Clean electronic devices and HVAC components and identify additional cleaning needs.
• Comply with company policies, Open Door policy, and ethical standards while completing work assignments with managers and coworkers.
• Communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.

• Custodial services or related field experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work shift schedules, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience driving large trucks.
• Experience with hazardous materials handling.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $22.00/hr additional compensation may include annual performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and Walmart’s Live Better U education benefit program.
