Overview

(USA) 2nd Shift Custodian II - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations (Temporary) s role involves supporting facility operations and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Assist in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning dispensers, and reporting facility issues (e.g., roof leaks, power outages) to management.
• Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) according to safety procedures and applicable laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, state health department); duties include wearing PPE, emptying waste and recycle bins, dusting, sweeping and mopping, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning bathrooms and showers, vacuuming, cleaning electronics, windows, ducts, and ceilings; identify and respond to additional cleaning needs.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities and deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.
