These positions involve pre production work before the event goes live and possible troubleshooting work once the event is live.

Job Description- Working in tandem with other teams on site to complete work that includes multiple departments.
- Assisting in the setup of all BOH space used for load-out (including any tent builds and shipping container placements).
- Working within small teams to install both Activation Specific and Non-Activation Specific Assets.
- Assemble prefabricated structures or assets.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, helping maintain the overall cleanliness of the site.
- Pack and palletize assets for assigned activations during load-out, making sure to adhere to Memoir standards.
- Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings with the crew to discuss work goals and accomplishments, adding on any key points specific to their work.
- Use basic knowledge of all assigned activations to actively participate in tasks assigned to them.
- Ability to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods.
- Ability to lift objects without an established maximum weight, though most objects will be below 50 lbs.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job. - Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, impacts, socket wrenches).
- Ability to problem-solve, and properly escalate issues as they are encountered in the field.
- Ability to perform necessary and appropriate duties for set-up and load-out in a safe and efficient manner, including the loading and unloading of event trucks.
- Must work well in a team-based environment, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Must be prompt, and be able to work all shifts as assigned.
Dates: 10/27-11/26 & 1/6-1/16
This is a temporary full-time position. Specific times will be discussed during interview process.
Pay DetailsPay Details:
Starting at $20/hr higher rates may be offered for potential staff with significant experience. Build crew will work approximately 40 hours per week during install and strike periods. Payments will be made weekly.
