We are hiring immediately for part time AMBULATORY SERVICES HOUSEKEEPER positions.

• Location:
  
  Crothall Healthcare – 8014 Conroy Windermere Road, Orlando, FL 32835. Online applications accepted only.
• Schedule:
  
  Part time schedules – Monday through Friday, 7:30 pm to 12:00 am;
  Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement:
  Willing to train.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary – Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
• Move chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning and re‑align items according to recommended layout.
• Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming; perform carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning of waste containers.
• Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintain equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
