* ** you get to do:
** as a building automation controls technician, you will:
* perform routine daily inspections of all control systems in the park.
* troubleshoot and repair control systems in the park.
* setup and install control systems for new and existing units.
* set up schedule and adjust set points for controls with minimal supervision.
* perform bench and field repair of control systems throughout the park.
* perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical wiring/devices, motor overhauls and maintenance/troubleshooting of controls and other automated equipment and monitoring devices.
* utilize the necessary tools required by this position including but not limited to: multimeter, network testers, basic hand tools, drills, saws, and other devices.
* perform duties including but not limited to safety, environmental, asset management and other administrative documentation.
* use chemicals and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
* utilize safe handling, storage, and disposal practices with toxic substances and hazardous waste.
* responsible for adhering to all trainings related to sop’s, safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company standards.
* perform other miscellaneous duties as required including assisting other locations, departments, and areas in the park, as needed.
* provide exceptional, professional guest service in a team environment.
* communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors, vendors and our guests.

* ** it takes to succeed:
*** high school diploma or equivalent.
* be at least 18 years old.
* possession of a valid florida driver’s license and able to meet our company’s driving guidelines.
* working knowledge of hvac systems including hydronics and air systems.
* electrical experience in low voltage controls, devices and installation.
* must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* ability to work on and interpret manufacturers’ manuals.
* possess or be able to obtain certification to operate mechanical devices including, forklift, man-lift within 90 days of acceptance of position and maintain certification.
* ability to work through problems using various troubleshooting methods.
* have a working knowledge of various building/installation codes as well as osha regulations.
* working knowledge of microsoft office programs.
* strong mathematical skills.
* excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectation, and needs.
* ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
* ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings.
* working knowledge of hand, and power tools.

* position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed
