The Maintenance II position involves routine maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment at the camp.
The person in this position is directly responsible to the Camp Director.
This position is eligible for overtime pay.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following duties and responsibilities are given as examples of the various types of work performed in this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
The person filling this position must have a high school diploma or GED. Previous work experience in lieu of formal education may be considered. A valid Florida Class B with passenger endorsement driver’s license must be obtained within the first nine months of employment.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. The employee must be able to hear and will be subjected to loud noises.
WORKINGCONDITIONS
Working conditions for this job generally include outdoor weather conditions, working near mechanical moving parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally working in wet, humid conditions, high, precarious places, and exposure to fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
BASE SALARY$17.00 Hourly
