Event Installer - Seasonal

Become a key part of our event team as a Quest Event Installer, where reliability and determination are essential. You will load and unload gear from company vehicles, set up and strike drapes, furniture, and hardware at event venues, and work closely with crew leaders and crew members.

• Prepare for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and team members.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by taking initiative and staying customer-focused.

0‑30+ hours per week based on volume and availability through the end of the busy season. The workload may vary from 0‑40+ hours per week.

• Prior customer‑service related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to execute consecutive events while managing associated stresses and challenges.
• Positive interaction with team members and customers on a daily basis; open to constructive criticism.
• Excellent attitude and strong customer‑service skills.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and punctuality.
• Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills on jobsites.
• Experience handling team dynamics and customer‑service issues.
• Workload may vary from 0‑40+ hours per week based on volume and availability.

• Repetitive lifting of up to 62 lbs and work on a step ladder without exceeding the maximum weight allowance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
