Real Estate Associate

Overview

Top AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of real estate law experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.

• Drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements, among others.
• Experience with commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc.

• Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice
• 3-5 years of real estate law experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work is a plus but not required
• Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment

The expected salary range is between $260,000 - $350,000
. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, etc.
