The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Insurance Defense Legal Paralegal with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the area of First Party Property.

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, First Party Property, preferred (3+ years).
• Additional experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed.
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures needed.

• Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, simple motions, and binders for clients and the court s review.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment.
• Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel.
• Must be task oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
• Additional skills in reviewing medical records, bills, and supporting documents, and creating medical chronologies and bill summaries are preferred.
