Plaintiff Litigation Attorney | Orlando, FL

A respected Orlando plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing insurance coverage and bad faith practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with strong insurance knowledge who is eager to take on meaningful, high-impact work and grow within a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle plaintiff-side insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Work on a wide range of insurance disputes, including property and casualty-related claims

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

• Opportunity to focus on courtroom advocacy or written motion and briefing work, depending on your strengths and career goals

• Develop litigation strategy, evaluate case value, and work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Bar member in good standing

• 2+ years of litigation experience

• Background in insurance coverage, insurance defense, P&C, or related insurance matters (plaintiff or defense side considered)

• Strong understanding of bad faith insurance issues or a desire to grow in this niche practice area

• Interest in courtroom work and trial exposure and/or strong legal writing and research skills

• Working knowledge of Florida state court litigation procedures

• Motivated, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment
