We are seeking a Trial Attorney to join our Orlando team. This attorney will manage a caseload of premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases for corporate clients. The ideal candidate has significant civil litigation experience and has taken an active role in at least two trials. Experience deposing medical or biomechanical experts is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a manageable caseload with full autonomy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Conduct document review and case triage.
- Engage in trial preparation and take an active role in trials.
- Depose medical and biomechanical experts as needed.
- Serve as a key resource and mentor for associates in the Orlando office.
Qualifications:
- Trial experience is required.
- Bodily injury litigation experience, with auto or premises liability experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
- Leadership potential and willingness to be a go-to resource for the team.
