Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Lawyer at Coffey McPharlin in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will be responsible for serving as the first chair trial attorney for trial throughout the state of Florida.
We are looking for A+ talent with a portable book of business and a mindset to grow their practice. We provide the resources, systems, processes and team to allow proven trial lawyers to find business and practice law without the need to be involved with the tasks required to run the business including: HR and staffing, finances, operations, management and the million other things that prevent great lawyers from maximizing their potential.
QualificationsAt least 15 years of experience as a personal injury trial attorney.
Proven results at trial and the ability to generate attorney fees of $1.5m/yr.
Ability to run a litigation team.
Proven book of business and a top twenty list of referral sources.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- License to practice law in Florida
