A respected workers’ compensation defense firm in downtown Orlando is looking for a seasoned Associate Attorney (5+ years) who enjoys running their own cases and practicing law with confidence.

If you’re an attorney who knows worker’s comp, understands strategy, and wants to be trusted to do what you do best, this position may be just what you’re looking for!

• Managing workers’ compensation defense cases from start to finish
• Appearing at hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery with purpose
• Working alongside other attorneys in a collaborative, professional environment

• 5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
• Motivated, professional, and comfortable managing a full caseload
• Technologically confident; proficiency with Word Perfect, Total Office, Juris, and Outlook is a plus!
