The Orlando office is seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in defense. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, growing firm and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Manage tasks independently in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment
- Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, and related legal systems efficiently
- 3+ years of defense litigation experience required
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Florida court procedures preferred
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
