Overview
Full service commercial real estate property management and investment company is seeking a General Counsel. The GC will be responsible for commercial closings, overseeing outside counsel that handle litigation, and supervising a team of counsel/staff. This is an on-site role in Miami, FL
.
- Handle commercial real estate closings.
- Oversee outside counsel handling litigation.
- Supervise a team of counsel and staff.
- 6–10 years of experience at a law firm in commercial real estate; not seeking a lateral hire from another company; preference for law firm experience.
- Must be barred and in good standing in any state.
- Experience with commercial real estate closings.
- On-site in Miami, Florida.
