Staff Attorney - Lending

Overview

Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a staff attorney within the lending practice group. The attorney may be located in Orlando or Tampa, FL;
Charleston, Greenville, or Columbia, SC;
Birmingham or Mobile, AL;
Nashville, TN;
Atlanta, GA; or Charlotte, NC. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in applicable State Bar.

• Demonstrative work experience in commercial lending transactions (real estate and/or C&I lending) or other commercial transactions (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, tax) preferred, but not required.
