Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant

Our client, a well‑established and high‑performing law practice, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling complex commercial transactions. This is a fully onsite role based in Orlando.

• Manage and organize files for commercial purchases, sales, development, and financing matters
• Draft and prepare legal documents including leases, amendments, estoppels, SNDAs, commitments, closing binders, and general correspondence
• Coordinate due diligence: title, survey, UCCs, entity documents, insurance, and escrow materials
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and support billing/timekeeper processes
• Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and vendors to keep transactions moving smoothly

• 3–5+ years as a Legal Assistant (commercial real estate background strongly preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Experience with billing or time entry systems is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and deal teams

• Target range: $65,000–$80,000
