Job Summary

Responsibilities- Scheduling and managing attorney calendars
- Proofreading, producing, and editing legal documents
- Entering attorney time and reviewing billing records
- Preparing files and materials for hearings
- Filing pleadings and documents electronically with state and federal courts
- Opening new matters and coordinating conflict checks
- Maintaining case files and providing administrative support in construction, commercial, and business litigation matters
- Minimum of five years of experience as a legal assistant within a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience in construction litigation, commercial litigation, or complex business litigation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work fully on-site during the first 90 days of training
